First time members and former members with memberships that have been deactivated should use this form.

IMPORTANT: Your account information will be sent my email. Be sure to specify a valid email address or you will not receive a notification! You should also check your email spam / junk email folders to determine if the automated emails with login information have been filtered out.

Memberships are based on the calendar year, and are valid from January 1 to December 31. New memberships paid for on or after October 1 will be valid until December 31 of the following year. Annual membership fees are $30 CAD for Canadians and $30 USD for Americans. International membership fees are $30 USD. Login details will be emailed to you within a maximum of 24 to 48 hours.
