New and Returning Member Subscription Payment methods

First time members and former members with memberships that have lapsed should use this form.
Memberships are based on the calendar year, and are valid from January 1 to December 31. New memberships paid for on or after October 1 will be valid until December 31 of the following year. Annual membership fees are $30 CAD for Canadians and $30 USD for Americans. International membership fees are $30 USD.
